Bad customer service - Game Highveld Mall Witbank

BIG SHAME TO GAME AT HIGHVELD MALL!!!! We went in to buy a edge trimmer & found one on "special" according to display price. Getting to the till to pay & the price is higher. When going to show them the pricing, the lady admits that someone made a mistake & they are going to get into trouble. We were then approached by the "floor manager" who now assumes we are stupid & tells us that I must take the display unit if I want it for that price! I am sorry Sir but no where does it specify that the price on the label is for the display unit only!!! If there has been a mistake on the side of your staff, admit it!! Then after a long argument & talking to us like idiots in front of the whole store, then wants to give it to us at that price!!!! You know what Mr "Floor Manager", you can stick your egde trimmer & your price!! Game Highveld Mall will never see my business ever again! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! SHAME ON YOU!!!
