Bad customer service

I am dissapointed at game store at Rusternburg branch. My aunt took her TV set that was damaged by lighting last year mid November. Ever since then she's been given the run around ever since. Now is January and nothing has been said and my aunt has no tv for the past month and half and is still under warranty. Please help.
