Bad customer service

On the 20th of May around 15:45 ,I went to Game store in Durban West Street to collect money in their money market counter.It wasn't much,it was only R420 .I wanted to buy a few things there and head home.The cashier told me that she does not have R420 on her till and I must go to Shoprite next door.Asked her what about the goods I wanna buy on the same store?She said thats none of her business, she does not have R420 at 15:45 to say the least.Went to Shoprite and got excellent customer service.#Game
