Bad customer service

Pathetic customer service from Game Chris Hani Mall , went in to inquire about their cellphone contracts and the ladies at the cell phone counter just ignored me and went on with their conversation as if i was there to ask them for money. while they are actually on shift and were supposed to be attending to the customer but no they just went on gossiping and pretended as if i was not there.

so disgusted with their service , i wonder how many people have got this service from them. no wonder we always drive to high class stores as the more professional then the stores in township.

such poor service from elderly employees of your institute they should be providing the best customer service since they have been with the company for so long.

i'm really disgusted .
