Bad customer service experience at Game Vall Mall

I bought a Straam machine at Game, Vaal Mall in September and less than two months the machine was malfunctioning, and took it back for repairs on 21 November 2022. My reference number is ***. I was informed that my machine has been fixed by the supply and had been returned to Game warehouse on 1 December 2022. Today it is the 8th of December 2022, nobody knows what is happening, I am really struggling to get my machine back, could Game please respond to this
