Bad customer service

Yesterday I went to went to Game in SOSHANGUVE crossing at the cellphone derpartment and I want to tell this that those lady's who work there with contracts they both have no good costumer service, when I got there they were not busy with anything and I stand there for 5 minutes without being helped and there came 2 guys whom asked me if I was being helped and I said no and guess what those guys are one's who helped me but only to find that they couldn't coz they are not dealing with cellphone contracts so meaning those 2 lady's who are rude and very rude were one's who were supposed to help me but instead I had to wait again and then even if they got to assist me... that lady didn't even look at me instead she was busy with something else meaning she was not focued to me at all. So in this case I wil never go to Game soshanguve crossing cellphpne derpartment.
