BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'd like to convey my absolute disbelief and disappointment at Game East Rand mall and also let everyone know what I had to endure due to them. Summarized version of the bad service. During September 2023 I purchased a Defy washer dryer(2 in 1) washing machine. The unit was delivered on a Friday while I was not at home then their driver had an argument with our security guard. He decided to take the unit to his house for the weekend. The second driver delivered it on the following Monday with dirt on the bakkie. Keeping in mind that I paid in full on the day of purchase. Saun the branch manager was immediately informed. I complaint took pictures etc.and he convinced me that the unit is working, but had challenges from the word go. I logged a service request (**********) to complain about this even went to the store personally on numerous occations. Only January 2024 their customer service contacted me and logged a call with AS Electrotics (WORST SERVICE FROM THIS ELECTRONIC COMPANY) witch could not fix the machine The complaint went back and forth with a consultant and the call was closed on Games side. To date Games management Saun and his lady assistant did not assist me. I also found out that the so-called new machine was actually sold to a white gentleman in Pta and he did not want it and then the unit was placed back on the Game sales floor to be sold as a new unit. Game has given me the worst service ever.
