Bad customer service

Bought baby nappies Huggies for R399. 99 at Game West Street on the 06 of May 2020 didn't notice it was a wrong size. On Sunday 10 May 2020 I decided to return and exchange for the right size, they refused to them and said I should come back after lock down is finished. So the baby shouldn't wear nappies until then. I don't even have money to buy another pack of nappies, it's painful
