Bad Customer Service

I've been struggling with Game for the past week for a Hisense technician to come to my house to inspect the washing machine that was bought from Game. Game advised me that a technician will come out within 3-5 working days, but no technician has come out & 5 working days has already passed. I call Game everyday for feedback & each every consultant I speak to advises me it has been escalated Ref no. *** & they will get back to me, but no one gets back to me.
