Bad Customer service

On the 06 May i bought a wifi router online and I checked that it will be delivered within 7 days and I have never received the router even today and on 19 - May-2020 they sent me an email stating that I have received the router and I am really disappointed bcz I have never received any router from Game and my order number is *** My contact details is Zakhele ***
