Bad customer service by Game mams mall

Game store mams mall in Mamelodi have worst ever customer service. I’ve never been so disappointed and my customer rights so much violated. I’ve been sent pillar to post over my TV warranty. I bought a Hisense TV at Game Mamelodi mall which has a 4year warranty. The Tv broke and I took it to the store for a repair. After more than a month I had not received it back, after more than two months I was informed that the TV is going to be refunded as the supplier couldn’t fix it.

A day passed and I went to the store again, only to be told that no voucher has been authorised for a refund and they will sort it out therefore I’ll have to come back the next day. I went back the next day only now to be told that the responsible person to sort out my warranty claim is on sick leave, therefore I’ll have to come back the next day. I went back the following day only to be told that the file for claims is not found therefore they will have to wait for the relevant person to sort that out. I resorted to a mini revolt in the store coz I realised I had been taken for granted until the store manager told me that as soon as the issue is sorted out they will call me. The next Sunday morning I called the store to ask if the issue has been sorted and I was told everything is sorted out and I can come through. I got to the store and while the claim was being processed I was informed there’s another issue about the Hisense phasing out the tv model and not supplying them with the claim barcode so I’ll have to come back again on Monday coz they can’t load the claim without the barcode🤯 and again I was told I’ll have to come back the next day. My rights as a customer were violated badly, My time and money were wasted I had to go back and forth more than five times to be told the same story every day. I’ve lost all hope that this will be sorted out

Am writing this review with tears 😭 Please help and advise me on what I could do.
