Bad customer service

Had a bad experience with game, they seperated two items that are on special that are sold as one, i called customer care and was told the item is available in store, when i went back to the store, I was told yet again that customer care **** the item is not on special as stated on the catalog, i wasted my time and petrol going back and forth
