Bad Customer Service at Game/Vodaphone, very unhappy Customer!!!

<p>I experienced the worst service as a customer at retail shop that cant even fix a phone proparly!</p> <p>I want to tell everyone the service at Game and Vodafone is unaccectable and i will not stand for this customer expeirence. i will never shop at Game or vodacom and i will tell everyone why?</p> <p> </p> <p>I brought in my tablet to be replaced beacuse of the screen on 14 june 2017. They quote was too high and i still had a warranty but they said it didnt cover the screen/LCD. I was desperate too get my phone/tablet fixed! as soon as i took it back on 27 June 2017 i went back to work. later on i saw tablet even more damaged! i was furious! i wanted to do something! i took it back the very next morning before work and got stuck up by Game and vodafone saying the damage on the side was there. the damge is a crack on the corner. and Game didnt wanna replece or Vodaphone wanna replace the damage they put on my phone/tablet! i didnt have time to argue becuase i was already late fore work that morning becuase of the poor service they gave me. i went back during lunch to speak to the manger. the manger Sylvester Withion was my back up against and witness of just the screen i gave in that day and not the damaged part.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wanted a answer as a customer and needed my phone which i cant becuase its even more damged now since friday. they said they would get back to me the same day. i left a number and know one did. i left work to sort it out and know helped me and said by monday it will be sorted! im still waiting for reply becuase Game and Vodaphone is slow! i am very unhappy and wish this matter gets resolved becuase i cant use a even more damged phone/tablet and the poor service at Game/Vodaphne gets even more worse each time i go there. because i wait 15 to 20 minutes to be told they didnt get hold of the other poeple and im wasiting my time and energy and my works time!</p> <p> </p> <p>i am very unhappy!!!!!!!im dissapointed.</p>
