Bad customer service at Game Vincent , East London

During stage 4 lockdown I bought lasagne sheets at game. The sheets and the box was full of some gogos. I tried to take them back but the que was long so I decided to take some pictures of the product and throw them away. I kept the slip though and I kept the part of the box with expiry date so that they can seen it was long before expiry. During level 3lockdown went back to game waited on that que only to be told I can't get my refund without the product, after all the inconvenience that caused only to be told that.I'm not happy at all , I even showed the lady assisting me at their customer service desk the disgusting pics of the product but and my slip that according to game that's not enough.
