Bad customer service at Game Stores in Lakeside Mall, Benoni

I received a very poor service from Game Stores @Lakeside Mall in Benoni when buying a phone this weekend. The person who was assisting me is Nomsa. No greeting or showing interest of wanting to help, i still asked for assistance - she asked me which phone I needed, after showing her, she just left me there without explaining anything. She came back a few minutes later with a slip handwritten the phone code and instructed me to go pay. I Queued to the till only to find that she had captured a wrong code leading to a wrong product being scanned . I was asked to go back to her to notify her the error. The lady did not even giving me an ear, only her colleagues helped to make her see she made a mistake. In her rude attitude with no apology still she took the slip to go correct with no communication. I spent almost an hour to buy a phone cash at that store because of Nomsa who doesn't give herself time to listen to a customer and maintains the negative attitude of "What do you want?"to customers.
