Bad customer service at Game Cresta

I bought the suitcase at Game Cresta 20/10/2021 now its damaged not even my fault i went to return it back today Dominique Sikhakhane gave me an attitude telling me its not his fault and he wont change i want to know if that's how Game cresta provide its customer service shouting at me as a customer.. As there was no one to even help me and the other lady told me she is not supposed to leave her department without anyone(customer service).. And their attitude towards me as a customer was very bad as i waited for 20 minutes without the help.
