Bad Customer Service at Game Centurion Mall

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received at the Game store in Centurion Mall. On the 3rd of February 2022, I purchased the Hisense 154L Top Mount F/ Freezer H225TTS and I paid for the delivery of the item as well and I was advised it will be delivered on the 5th of February 2022. Today it’s the 8th of February 2022 and there is no fridge and there hasn’t been any communication from the store. I called several times to enquire about the fridge but I was taken from pillar to post without any accurate information. Today I went to Centurion mall and the *********** staff member couldn’t even call the warehouse to confirm the ETA for the delivery.
