Bad customer service at Game Bayside mall electronics department

9/6/2018, I went Game to shop for a telephone handset. The shop wasn't busy, as much as I knew what I wanted it wasn't aa available on the Isle, I had to ask for assistance. At first I didn't mind because the two assistants were busy with customers. I waited next to another assistant who was assisting a gentleman with a sansdisc purchase. While standing bet to her I even mistook to customers for shop assistants , but to my suprise the lady just handed the document to the gentleman I left me standing there without even ackwoledging my presence. I was left standing there, then I moved to another Isle to seek for assistance. The lady went to the same assistants for help but still no one showed up. All this was happening in full view of the lady at cell contracts. Few minutes I searched the Isles again and found 3 yes 3 assistants chatting. It was only then that the pregnant lady assisted me. I actually waited for more than 15 min for something that they managed to fo in less than 3 min...to hand out the hand set. I have never felt so humiliated in my life because they just ignored me for no apparent reason. I am sure the cctv video footage will support my bad experience at this shop.
