Bad customer service at a Game store

I was treated unfairly,bought a TV on Thursday 22 November 2018 on promotion and it was the last one in the store and paid for it to be delivered.I waited for the delivery and the TV never came,on Monday 26 November 2018,I called the store and I was explained to that the display stock can't be delivered and I have to come fetch it.i went to the store the next day and I was refunded my delivery fee but was told that they cannot find the remote, manual and box and I must come back when the salesman is back on duty,I left the store very disappointed that just because I am being civil then people push me around and is it because I am black?.this is unfair.i called the store today and the manager promised to call me back.i am so disappointed.
