Bad customer service and wrong advertising

Hi there We went to Game Stellenbosch this afternoon to get some weekend specials , we found a fan and the big signage above the item the sale price was R359.00 , but at till the price scan R399 we asked why ,one of the staffmembers told us that the signage price was for the bottom items .I told her this was very confusing as the price was directly under the item I wanted. The store manager did not even bothered to come to us to explain as she was passing as twice while we were waiting for assistance I had to got to her and asked for assistance. She was very unfriendly and unhelpful and then I asked her for the Area Manager cell phone no. She gave me the head office tel no and told me to phone on Monday because the customer are not allow to phone the Area Manager on weekends. This is not the first time of bad customer service at Game Store Stellenbosch and this will be my last visit at this store .
