Bad customer service and very rude

This morning I called game mall at reds to find out if the special for the 3kg cadac cooker plate was still on special, I transferred from department to department with luck some one assisted me and I told him I would visit the store when I knock off and he assured me that there was enough stock and I should come through before 6.

Got to the store before six and was assist by a lady at the door took me to the relevant department so that I could be assisted. As we got there, there was no one and she went to the next aisle to seek assistance, from a distance I could hear a voice of a man asking the lady who I spoke to on the phone call, when finally I could see his face I answered that I spoke to a gentleman but did not get his name as he told me that there was enough stock I should just come through after explaining that, he still continued to ask me the same question again and now voices started getting loud as I asked him if the stock was finished and if there was no other way I could be assisted. He left me at the department for a couple of minutes and told me that there was nothing he could do, not to even check on the system if there is or no stock at all just a no and a goodbye.

Mr Molefe Soloane, has no good customer service and didn't nothing in his power to want to assist me or even try to assist me, as a person who works with clients each and everyday, it's sad to go to other people's stores and get that kind of a service. I mean if whoever I spoke to on the phone left it at the back for me to come and buy the product, couldn't Mr Molefe go beyond his duties and make sure that one last customer left their shop happy before the store closed am very disappointed in the way this matter was handled.
