BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO STOCK

Good Day I ve had very bad experience @game N1 City they advertise tablets 2 of the price of 1 on contract its been 2 month now that I waiting for the tablets every time they said supplier is out of stock if the supplier is out of stock why they still putting up posters of the tablets that still showing 2 of the price of 1 with no appologie poster . I was dealing with gary @ game n1 city and he promise me to come back to me on Wednesday 19 of September [there was no phone call still waiting for him to phone me ] then I went to game n1 city myself on Friday night and surprise there was no tablets in stock then I spoke to another manager if his name is ADAM he was at that paste that he don't want to help me . my question is if game shows that special they should have stock or get something else for the customers in that place and my biggest concern is there is no apologies poster or out of stock poster up . can you please get back to me as soon as possible . thank you vanessa
