Bad customer service and false information

I bought tablet at game 14/04/2022 the gave me a problem yesterday as the screen change color took it to game as they said with in 7 days of purchase and it's a manufactured fault so I went to Vodacom and ask what cause this and they said it's an LCD since it's within 7days I need to go to game and ask for exchange I was told by zakhele with out even looking at the settings what can be the problem he just said he need to book it in and I have to wait 21working days I told them I won't she called the store manager she said what if the screen protector caused the screen to be like that I said but I was not told that I shouldn't put screen protector then she said if I don't feel like she helped me I should call customer care they too quick to take the money What a bad customer service
