Bad customer service

The worst online shopping experience I had!! I made an online purchase received only 1 item from my order no communication whatsoever. I had to make calls any emails then I was informed that I should expect the rest of my order in 10days times. Mid December I still have not received my order or an update. What kind of customer service is this!!
