Bad customer service
I saw an advert on Games Facebook page they where selling a Redmi note 14 for R2999 but when I got to the store it was R3499 of which the lady at the cellphone department gave me a bad attitude saying that what I saw on Facebook means nothing. So I went to the management offices found a managerof which he said he spoke to the buyer and the buyer told him that it's the third party's fault (which its a private company that handles Facebook adverts). I believe that as a customer I have a right to pay the price that I saw on Facebook but unfortunately I cannot be helped.
