Bad customer service!

Poor Service and bad experience

Hi, I am still not happy with the service I am receiving from Game - RCS team. In 2019 I even went beyond to writing a complaint in hello peter which I was told it will be resolved on the 6 of August 2019. Till today the account is still showing as opened and the balance is accumulating- now I have a bad record because of Game and their poor service.

I’ve worked hard to settling my account but because of this company my name reflects as a bad payer! I regret opening an account with them!
