bad customer service

We had endless problems with our warrantee claim on our washing machine when the company (responsible for the warrantee) sent us back to game for an exchange, then game didnt have stock and we had to accept a refund. Had to then give in my 10kg automatic washing machine and walk out with an 8kg twin tub as the washing machines on the floor were too expensive and they could not help us with an exchange.
