Bad customer service

On the 30/06/2021 I called game head off to enquire about a Sunbeam 6 bar R1099. 00 heater for 10and I was advised by Nangomso that JHB CBD has 24 available. Today which is the 01.07.2021 I come here and no one was willing to assist and every one tells me that the don't work in this dept and he even tells me after I have complained that I've been asking every1 that the system doest have Accurate information. I take another heater which is a Goldair R899.00 and I want a price beat. I went to the line which we stand there almost 45 minutes and when I get there there's no supervisor to authorise the price beat. Which I had to wait again. Lady by the name of Palesa comes and then sh goes without assisting me as she says she's got another customer which I'm failing to understand what am I. Which she never came back to me. Then Lerato molalabangwe advised that they don't do price beat for take a lot. I ended up not getting the heater and I'm really not happy with their service and no 1 is willing to help any the. I spent almost 2 hours in that store without any help.
