Bad customer service
I had such a terrible experience. I tried to place an order online and my money was taken from me account, however the order failed. I've been contacting the customer line but I've been given the runaround. I've been calling everyday and I'm being told the same thing, which is they will get back to me. What is so difficult about returning my money?
