Bad customer service

I have been requesting a paid up letter from game since the 3rd of February 2022. I am not getting any assistance. I have been told about been escalated to admin or wait for end of business day but the is still nothing been sent to me. What kind of customer service is this. The is no one who can type a paid up letter. Worst customer service ever.
