Bad customer service 😑

I saw an add of 2 times 6 packs of hunters gold or dry R155, I went to game liquor mall of the south, took 2 times 6 packs of hunters export as they did not have the other sorts, at the till I was told the isn't any special on them, I took out my phone to show them the add, the guy assisting called Trevor to come see what I was showing them, he said no the isn't any date specification on my add, I went out called my sister to look at the add again from her laptop and to send me the pictures of the dates, on that day it was 15th of Oct, add showed from 11 to 17 Oct, I went back to show them the date and then!! I'm being told noooo it's only dry not all sorts they say, though the picture shows both hunters gold and dry, I asked him to get me the rain check, he took out diary wrote my name and number, and said we done, I asked I usually and know I should be getting some kind of paper he said no ul get an SMS, till now I'm still waiting for the Sms. I feel I was made a fool out of this!!!
