Bad customer service

I am so disappointed about the customer service at Game jabulani mall I went the on the 20th and their biscuits choice assorted was priced incorrectly the price tag said Bothe for r159 and the manager and his supervisor insulted me saying I am the only one that does not understand English because the price tag said you get one box of biscuits and a box of utramel but that was not on the price tag. it clearly shows that their managers are unskilled and do not practice TCF and now nothing about the principles of marketing.
