Bad customer service

I bought a TCL 55 inch on 30 November 2024 The Tv got delivered on 02 December 2024 I unboxed the Tv on 04 December 2024. On 06 December 2024 i was away until 10 December 2024. When i switched on the Tv it was flicking and showed black and white lines. I contacted Game customer care and reported the matter they said i cannot return the tv it must be assessed by technicians. Till today im still waiting for them to contact me but no luck. Its festive season now they going to close and im stucked here with a tv that is not working.
