Bad customer service

I have submitted my generator for repair on the 24th of June 2022 even now I haven't received a call about my generator, I decided to call them otherwise 2nd of August 2022 to check the status of my generator the lady at customer care told me she will call me that day she never did then on the 5th of August 2022 I decided to call again which I did I told the lady at customer care that I called on the 2nd of August 2022 checking the status of my generator because it's being to long I haven't heard anything I was told that they will call me back but I didn't receive any call, again the lady at the customer care told me she will call me back till today I'm still waiting for a call back, game wonder park has the worst customer service ever.
