Bad customer service

I went to game at keywest mall to buy 55" sinotec TV for R5999 only to be told that they have only one to Display of which I do not understand,how do you display something if you do not have stock, the didn't seem to be bordered, I'm very disappointed because they can sell one on display instead of displaying a TV but telling customers that there is no stock.
