Bad customer service

I bought iPhone 13 at game phalaborwa store, I use the phone for a month and lost signal. I reported it they took it and came back giving me the same problem and returned it to the store again. The manager told me to flash it and he's very rude to me. It's been 4 months now without my phone and they don't want to give me the new phone or for me to cancel the contract.
