Bad customer service

Hi i went to Game jabulani mall on the 07-11-24 taking back the iron I've bought two months ago it was giving me problem so when i get there i got a lady unfortunately she didn't have a name badge on her maybe that's the reason why she treats customers with attitude when i told her that my iron is damaged she said she'll teach me how to use it cause clearly i don't know how to use it she asked some of the stuff to fetch iron board and t-shirt to teach me how to use an iron cause as customers we have mentality of saying thing's are damage whereas we can't use them so she'll teach me terms and conditions of Game of Which i felt bad about her customer service Then I'd also like to say thank you for helping me to the store manager 'Paul' who ended up helping me hoping you'll discipline her for treating customers the way she treats me and also using vulgar languages towards me
