Bad customer service

Bad service I receive from Game online. I bought a fridge on the 25 November and till today not yet delivered. I tried to call them and they refer me to the courier people who always saying they will deliver tomorrow tomorrow but they didn't. I call game again and they said nothing they can do because the fridge is with courier people.
