bad customer service

I waited 10-15 minutes at Game paints department, I wasn't clear with the prices so I asked a guy on the next aisle for help he promised to and I waited, after 5 minutes he came to tell that he asked another lady to come and help me, I waited for that lady for 10 minutes till I decided to go without buying.
