Bad customer service

Not happy with customer service, I have orders a fridge a month ago, I called everyday to check my order, I've getting different stories, telling me that they had system problem, they don't have stock, everytime I call they say they will give feedback even now I'm still waiting, I bought this fridge for my grandmother, imagine she has put her medication at her neighbours
