Bad customer service

I am very disappointed in the manner that Game does business !

You only matter to them when you coming to purchase , after sale or a person coming back with issues ain’t a customer ?

I have experienced a very bad situation where I have expelled from the shop after being in the store for more than 2 hours without being assist . I was told to leave the shop because they want to close after being in the store for more than 2 hours ?
