Bad customer service

I purchased 3 bicycles from game knysna as xmas gifts for my kids travelling all the way to P.E as thats where i stay but work in knysna just to find out on xmas day that the tube on my daughters mountain bike is faulty being a good father i purchased a new tube so she could enjoy her xmas gift. Reporting it to the store today nd got a lot of stories from them even customer care had a lot of stories from that i must bring the bike bck to them nd then get told to take the bike to a game store in P.E guys i spent nearly R3000 on those bikes nd u guys give me alot of stories about a tube i will never purchase anything from any game store again
