Bad customer service

I’m writing this with a sore heart I made a purchase online on the 16th of December buying a sound bar and a gas Stove😔. Received a gas stove but didn’t receive a sound bar. They told me that they don’t have at Southgate but when I purchased it they say in stock.. Then they said my order was at Eastgate called them to make a follow up regarding my order but they busy saying it will be delivered but it’s not delivered it’s been 15 days now I feel I’m being fooled.
