Bad customer service

I bought a bicycle on the 6th may 2022 at Game Stores Boksburg but only opened it on the 13Sept as it was a gift to my son, he rode the bike for 2 days and it broke i was searching for slip in order to return it i eventually found it and returned the bicycle and booked it in for repairs as per their T&C's it clearly states that if the item is not fixed within 21 days i will be refunded or i will get a replacement today is day 25 I call the store and they just do not want to answer tje phone i have requested to speak to a store manager but to no avail.
