Bad customer service

Send a review on Game Rosebank on 26th November 2023 the only response I got from them regarding my complaint is being referred from one person to another. Their service is pathetic. I am being punished for their cashier's mistake. Was told their senior manager would call me still waiting that I am now refusing to pay my monthly installment until matter has been resolved
