Bad customer service

Had been to game gateway to purchase a washing machine and paid for delivery,been 2 days late only to phone in and check that it has not been put under order and shows not paid on the system spoke to sarika moonsamy only to be told had to wait for the sales person (vernon pillay )who is currently on lunch from 2pm to 5 pm to let us know whats going.. Terrible service numerous calls made to check on whats happening.. No one can assist as its not there sale pathetic service
