Bad customer service

I bought a bought a hisense, double door fridge cash at Game Carnival mall, now the fridge is not functional it's dead and their customer service it's very bad, the guys we spoke to wasn't helpful at all, now we stuck we a fridge that's not working that we bought in November 2024. No one advising if the technician gonna come or what. Terrible service.
