Bad Customer service

I went to Game Clearwater to purchase when I get to the store apparently the Christmas hat fell off from the shelves and when I was about to pay for my water on of the staff member by the name of Tebogo tell me must pick up the hat and I asked him why must I pick up the hat when I didn't made it to fall then he started to be rude to me and shouting at me infront of everyone staff and other customers and I felt so small
