Bad customer service

I bought a tv box at Game west street Durban, a fter 2 weeks when i tried to open apps it was giving errors i took it back to returns department who sent me to the tv department, the cashier was so rude and did not even want to know what the problem was with the item who ended up sending me back downstairs, they booked it in no response even now

Such an unpleasant experience
