BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to complain about the customer service provided from GAME STORE in EAST GATE.

i have been calling in for the past three days, requesting for transportation for a bicycle i would like to purchase for my daughter. I checked in store stock and east gate appeared, i called in for the past few days and i keep getting transferred from the information desk to the bicycle department and back, at times the phone goes unanswered. It is really irritating to keep calling the same store and get bad customer service.
